Crisis Management relates to your image and brand.
In today’s world your reputation and/ or brand can be damaged in a
number of ways. It may be an incident which occurs on your premises,
that attracts the news media, your customers, employees, neighbors,
government officials etc. Your corporate image or brand represents the
image you would like to portray to all of those audiences.
Anything which would bring harm or damage your
reputation in the community, can create the need for crisis
communications. Who responds to these assaults on your company and how
do they respond. When the reporters are at your doorstep, you can have
some tough decisions to make in very short order. If you have not
planned in advance for this situation, the results can have a disastrous
effect on your company and its standing in the business community, as
well as with the stockholders and regulatory officials.
The answer “NO Comment” will be assumed to mean an
admission of guilt, or that you are hiding something from the media etc.
We can assist you in developing a response to these
situations, and making it a part of your total Business Continuity Plan.
Remember…
“IT WASN’T RAINING WHEN
NOAH BUILT THE ARK”
